Eligibility

BAMS Admission Eligibility

The minimum eligibility criteria for applying to the BAMS course are as follows:

  • Candidates need to have a minimum of 50%-60% in their 10+2 or equivalent examination from a recognized board.
  • The minimum required score in the 10+2 may vary according to the top BAMS institutions present in India.
  • Candidates must have Physics, Chemistry and Biology as the main subjects in the 12th board examinations.
  • The upper age limit for the candidates appearing for the NEET exam from the general category is 20 years. While a relaxation of 4 years is given to the reserved categories.
  • Candidates must prepare in accordance with NEET Syllabus in order to qualify for the exam.
